Supernatural 8.18
So I in NO way saw that the guardian guy running the 'hunter school' was a psycho. [That was sarcasm.] But it was still a good episode.
Though the question I was asking from the beginning was: "How did he find them?" The answer-he set up their families deaths.
I did like that the backstory/details of the 'hunt' and what Victor was doing to the kids--just didn't add up and that Sam and Dean saw through it quickly with just a little investigation (just like me!). I don't blame the kids for falling for it because they're young. They thought this guy was helping them, and two didn't know about hunting etc. beforehand and Krissy's dad didn't involve her much it seemed like.
I was a little offended on Krissy's behalf when the guy (Adrian?) wouldn't take no for an answer. No means no--what they were doing the night before was acting as part of the hunt. Though at the end when she was talking with Dean it seemed like she liked him a bit.
I wonder how many people saw that scene, and heard her say 'it wasn't like that because he was like her brother' and thought of wincest?
Sam and Dean were good together in this episode. They started to talk, but when Sam turned it back on Dean then Dean got defensive and humorous (like Sam knew he would!) so the talk was dropped.
So it seems Sam is still stuck on having a normal life...sigh. If only he wants one with Dean! And I think he does somewhat, but it doesn't always come across that way.
I just know that they are setting it up for Amelia to be pregnant. There is no doubt in my mind now. Talk of Sam being a father was so pointed and obvious! (Unless they're misleading us for some reason?)
I'm guessing that the whole storyline in the beginning might have been just to set up for Sam to return to her later and during the unexpected sex and adultery they were so caught up in it that they didn't use protection...I still can't forgive that awful ooc behavior from Sam not looking for Dean. Yes, if they showed us more about him breaking down then I might believe she 'saved his life' or something. I guess they didn't want Sam to just knock up a random woman and wanted us to have a connection to her. Or maybe they WANTED us to dislike the 'mother' so that we wouldn't be upset when they do something we really won't like concerning her or the child? Not sure what that would be...I'm still holding out hope there was more to that storyline, but it may be just so that Sam could have a baby. Though I don't see the boys taking the baby on the road and I don't see them settling down (more than they have) and us still having a show. So either Sam will be forced to leave his baby to know another man as his/her (I'm guessing they'll make it a boy) father or something will happen to the baby (not die, but something...).

OMG! I just saw the preview from the next episode!!! I think it said Sam has to rescue someone from Hell? And it showed Sam in what appeared to be Hell. Will we be seeing Adam?! Will he be the one Sam rescues!? If so I don't see him being on the show long term and I can't imagine how damaged he will be, if not evil, after all this time. So by rescue I think if it's Adam, then Sam would be sending his soul to Heaven or something to heal. But I suppose he might be sticking around...
