Urrrr..My one day off this week and I've spent it working through a whole bunch of emotions - started great then went downhill from there. I think I've used earplugs only once or twice. I couldn't use them for longer, as I could hear my own breathing which freaked me the fuck out.
Kerry, you really are one of the most laid back people I know. To be able to live in the house you do...makes you way more patient than I ever could be! Loved visiting your place, but some of the stories you've told about what goes on...I'd have packed it in after one night :s People's tastes/attitudes to life/lifestyles do change...maybe yours is kicking in? I've got more messy living alone than I was living with others.
I also find it's better to have a massive rant/trash about (i.e. punching cushions/screaming loudly in the middle of a room/throwing things round the house/flat) than have a heart attack from built up emotions. We all do those things from time to time and it really helps. Next time your house mates are out...try screaming like you are being murdered for a good minute. You will feel much better afterwards. Hope you start to feel better soon ^_^

Turns out some drunk people made food when they'd nipped out so i gave lecture on responsibility when shitfaced with bastard friends. Non of you lot would ever do that so it pisses me off when they seem to think its ok to do it to me.
