Dot dot dot. I don't even think star trek people are that crazy. Seriously, girls are that die hard to defend a work of fiction and romance? I'm glad atleast some of the girls in one of the stories didn't lash out like a lynch mob, gives me hope there are still some teenagers/people.
Twilight sucks by the way to any of you lovers of it out there. :| I hope this eats at you inside and that you an hero before you hurt someone else. Grow up, fiction is only to entertain your mind. Gonna go burn a copy now, ciao. :3
Indeed... a work of fiction that is utterly retarded, as I discovered when some folks I know from SakuraCon explained to me the entire storyline of all the books. Seriously, I've seen freaky-weird fanfics that make more sense and are better to read than this trash (and yes, I'm including the infamous Sailor Moon fic involving Artemis the cat having highly detailed sex with a hermaphrodite as being better than those dumbass books).
And btw, as a diehard Naruto fan, I'd say that most of 'em are rather tame compared to folks from several other fandoms I can think of (except in the case of that one idiot 10 yr. old who ended up dead; that was depressing/awful).
