May 28, 2011 20:08

This is the first time that all 5 of KAT-TUN are hosting a radio show together, hoping to bring some smiles to the people of Miyagi (:
The first half is a bit serious as they talked about what they were doing and felt about this earthquake. As for the second half (after Going!) these guys are back to their random self. Hear what they have to talk about Koki's new companion :D

Kame: Date Fm’s audience, everyone from Miyagi, good evening, I’m KAT-TUN’s Kamenashi Kazuya
Taguchi: I’m Taguchi Junnosuke
Nakamaru: I’m Nakamaru Yuichi
Ueda: I’m Ueda Tatsuya
Koki: I’m Tanaka Koki

Kame: To everyone affected in the Great East Japan Earthquake, we wish to send our greatest regard through this programme, and pray that those who have passed away in this earthquake to rest in peace.

Taguchi: In addition, there are definitely a lot of people who are doing their best to get help for those affected, as well as participate in post-disaster reconstruction. In such tough times, I hope that even those of us who are faraway in Tokyo who can’t help them will also aid in the reconstruction process.

Nakamaru: While hoping that those affected in the Tohoku Earthquake will be able to reconstruct quickly, us KAT-TUN, despite our small effort, still wish to do something for everyone. Thus, we dedicate this special programme for everyone in Miyagi.

Ueda: In order to bring liveliness to the people of Miyagi prefecture, today we’ll present the best songs and well-wishes.

Koki: During the show, we’ll also accept song requests from everyone in Miyagi. Please send mail to the following homepage address: www.jfn.co.jp/kat-tun. You can also send in mail using your handphone

Kame: so firstly, I’d like to play a song

Koki: Hai

Kame: this song is available as a coupling song in the new single WHITE which will be released on May 18, hope that everyone can listen to it first

Koki: I see

Kame: then let’s listen to it, KAT-TUN’s PERFECT

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~PERFECT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kame: so what everyone just heard is KAT-TUN’s PERFECT…which will be released on May 18
Koki: this is special treatment ne
Kame: even though it’s gonna be for sale soon
Koki: heard it earlier than everyone else
Kame: that’s right…a few days ago we just performed this song and danced on Music Station. What does everyone think of PERFECT?
Nakamaru: I like it very much. After listening to it don’t you feel that it’s very positive?
Ueda: Indeed
Koki: Because it’s an encouragement song
Kame: that’s right. This time when thinking of the rap lyrics, Koki challenged new themes
Koki: yup. Even though I’ve written rap for so long, this is the first time that people have asked me to write encouraging rap. I don’t know what to write at all. It’s said to be an encouraging song for those people who are about to step into the society, but it can be listened by everyone
Kame: myself Kamenashi also has a new CM
Everyone: yes yes
Kame: just nice used as the image song for the Aoki CM. it’s really an energizing song
Koki: indeed
Kame: hope that everyone will like it after listening. Next, us KAT-TUN will continue to send our voices to everyone in Miyagi. After this earthquake happened, KAT-TUN’s members contacted one another right
Koki: we sent mail
Ueda: Hai
Kame: received the news that everyone is safe. Ueda kun where were you at that time?
Ueda: I was at home
Kame: oh
Koki: Taguchi and Kame were working at that time right
Kame: yes
Taguchi: I was recording
Koki: Kame was at the stadium right
Kame: yup, I was at Yokohama stadium. At that time there was a baseball match, so there were a lot of spectators. The spectators and players, as well as the media and I immediately went to the field to stay safe
Taguchi: don’t you feel that this earthquake is the largest one that we’ve experienced up till now
Everyone: that’s right
Kame: luckily the earthquake observation system is well established. Not only us, now is the time for everyone to unite as one and do our best. It is important to have such thoughts. After the earthquake, were there any changes to everyone’s life?
Koki: it made me feel that Japanese people are really amazing. For instance in the convenience stores, all the goods have fallen on the floor due to the earthquake. Some strangers actually arranged the goods back on the racks again. Seeing this it makes me feel that the Japanese people are not abandoned, and that we are one. Gave me such strong feelings
Kame: like to us it’s natural to queue up in the stores to buy things, we won’t think too much about it
Everyone: that’s right
Kame: heard that this place, Japan has received positive comments from all over the world, that even in times of emergency we won’t forget our hearts and help each other
Nakamaru: that’s because it’s what we’ve been taught by the elders. Even though we think that it’s natural, we’ve once again realized its importance through this
Kame: that’s right…
Taguchi: the experiences that we’ve gotten this time, we must try our best to pass it to our future generations. This time we’ve learnt about things such as emergency management and the things that we need to take note of in our daily lives. It was a big hit on our lives
Nakamaru: and about the things that changed in our daily lives, due to the power crisis, the towns in Tokyo are trying to reduce electricity consumption
Taguchi: everyone is trying to help one by one
Kame: seeing Tokyo doing this it makes me feel that the future is bright
Ueda: that’s right I think so too
Kame: on the streets…now the shops in Tokyo, roads and expressways have all off the lights. Even the condominiums, people are trying to save electricity
Koki: that’s how people are uniting together to help, everyone as one, being gracious
Kame: like this it makes me feel really touched. Just when the Tohoku high schools’ koushien tournament (baseball tournament) is about to start, this happened. Immediately there were volunteers who offered to help. Feel that, even for us, the younger people these days have been digitized, so communication nowadays is done through handphones or computers. For the young people to be able to act immediately after what happened
Koki: it’s youthful power ne
Kame: just feel very touched, and that I must work hard too
Taguchi: If we can continue it that will be good, not forget it but take it as a natural thing to do, I think it will create a different meaning.
Koki: Will become a better country
Kame: relook at the interaction between people and people
Koki: right the bond ne, I think that can be done
Kame: hope that it will come true. We too must do it
Koki: of course
Kame: but about Japan itself, there are really a lot of countries helping Japan. Really a lot, even in sports, such as soccer, baseball etc. The overseas teams sent messages to Japan. Really, how to put it, the whole world has come together as one to help Japan. As Japanese, we feel really touched to receive the concerns and messages from all over the world. For the Japanese who are in other countries we can feel their power too
Taguchi: to go through the hardship together, hope to lessen everyone’s burden. Will feel that after seeing the activities done by the sports players
Koki: the people overseas have done a lot for us, and a lot of famous people too
Kame: we also have to do well what we need to do
Ueda: hai
Kame: step by step move forward. Next we’ll play this song, hope it will bring you energy, KAT-TUN’s GOING!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~GOING!~~~~~~~~~~~~

Kame: that’s KAT-TUN’s GOING! for you. well about this song, it is very powerful. For us when we sang it during Lives we can feel that everyone has become one

Taguchi: emm I think so too

Kame: a song that can liven up the atmosphere

Nakamaru: the lyrics are very motivational too

Ueda: that’s right

Koki: continue moving forward ne…a good song

Kame: hai. Saa at this timing the 5 of us from KAT-TUN are still sending our voices to the people of Miyagi.
Miyagi, during Lives..

Koki: we’ve gone there ne

Kame: went there a lot of times. For the Going! Sports & News programme we’ve also interviewed the Rakuten

Koki: I see I see

Nakamaru: do you go there frequently?

Kame: hai the first interview was to interview the Rakuten

Everyone: ehhh…that’s right

Kame: there is a lot of delicious food

Koki: have ne

Ueda: everytime we’ll eat beef tongue right

Koki: beef tongue ne

Ueda: everytime when we go

Kame: ano on the return journey after our Live in Sendai,

Nakamaru: absolutely

Kame: every year it’s a habit for us to eat beef tongue or beef tongue bento on the bus journey back after Lives. I’ll always order double

Koki: I order double too (laughs). To eat this is one of the reasons why we work so hard for lives

Everyone: (laughs)

Nakamaru & Taguchi: not exaggerated at all

Kame: like purposely don’t eat lunch and such

Nakamaru: because it’s really delicious ne

Koki: the yummy food is really yummy, and there is a lot of famous food too

Kame: saa here let’s slightly change the topic. Let’s talk about what’s been happening to each of us lately, and what we’ve been into. If there’s anything that you’re doing, let’s share it with everyone

Everyone: Ohhh

Nakamaru: anything is okay?

Kame: anything is fine. Koki is reading book, still reading manga right

Koki: I’ve been reading manga…

Kame: reading it even when practicing the choreography

Koki: was reading was reading. In addition recently I’ve started keeping a big parakeet

Everyone: (laughs) ohhh

Nakamaru: ahh a bird

Taguchi: Parakeet

Koki: because it can talk, when watching funny DVDs together, it will laugh along nonstop

Nakamaru: ohh produce laughter

Koki: yup

Taguchi: it probably doesn’t understand what it meant right

Koki: doesn’t understand. It will sing along too

Everyone: ehhh

Koki: will sing along like “popopo”

Kame: parakeets can talk right

Koki: can talk, because it’s a large parakeet

Kame: can say things like “ohayo” (good morning) right

Koki: yesterday…yesterday it kept saying “this is not part-time job”

Taguchi: what did it hear!

Koki: I don’t know!

Nakamaru: learnt it from the TV?

Ueda: it can remember what you said right

Koki: yup. No but

Kame: (laughs) is it because you said somewhere that “this is not part-time job”

Koki: because this is the bird from the vet that I frequent, it is just staying with me for the time being, maybe it’s because the past owner used to say “thisis not part-time job”

Everyone: (laughs)

Nakamaru: so concerned (about this)!

Kame: maybe because its owner was a couple, then when his girlfriend asked “where are you going”

Kame & Koki: he answers “this is not part-time job”

Koki: still saying “thisis not part-time job, the pay is high”

Kame: trying to say that it’s official job

Koki: I don’t know too maybe he only talks

Everyone: (laughs)

Nakamaru: when parakeets remember a sentence they won’t forget it?

Koki: it will keep saying it, like those trendy phrases, keep saying the same thing

Taguchi: will it understand how to read the owner’s mood and such?

Koki: sometimes it can, its IQ is very high

Everyone: ehhh

Ueda: will it stand on your shoulders?

Koki: even though it still can’t, but it lets me touch it. Perhaps can slowly put it on my hands and after that will stand on shoulders

Kame: that is to say after it has been trained well, please put it on Taguchi’s shoulders, let it be in charge of laughing, do the “hahaha”

Nakamaru & Kame: whenever Taguchi says something

Kame: the parakeet will laugh

Everyone: (laughs)

Koki: now I’m letting it watch the funny DVDs, so its laughers now is like the ADs’

Kame: (laughs)

Taguchi: won’t it sound fake

Koki: it will it will

Kame: iriguchi deguchi Taguchi desu

Koki: “HAHAHAHA” it will laugh like that

Taguchi: what a good kid

Others: only parakeets (will do that)

Koki: like “HAHAHAHA” ne

Kame: saa let’s play another song

Everyone: (laughs)

Koki: hai

Kame: this is our…volleyball right

Ueda: hai hai hai

Kame: this is the song that we sang for the volleyball tournament, please listen to it, KAT-TUN’s WILL BE ALL RIGHT

~~~~~~~~~~~WILL BE ALL RIGHT~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kame: that was KAT-TUN’s WILL BE ALL RIGHT
[Plays a bit of Harukana Yakusoku]
Kame: the time spent with KAT-TUN’s 5 of us is almost coming to an end
Taguchi: it’s fast ne
Koki: don’t want it to end ne
Kame: btw the chance for the 5 of us to do a radio programme together…
Koki: don’t have
Everyone: don’t have
Nakamaru: really don’t have ne
Koki: roughly estimate up till now how many times have there been
Nakamaru: when promoting albums
Ueda: ahh right during the promotion period
Nakamaru: there were a few times when everyone gathered together, but it was only for a few minutes
Kame: that’s right
Koki: first time doing the whole show
Kame: used to go on shows and appear for a corner for 2 to 3 minutes, for us to be like this and record a
show together it’s a first
Koki: feel like always trying to figure out everyone’s tension
Everyone: (laughs)
Taguchi: I understand…in a way that is good ne
Koki: because everyone has their own radio programme right, and for every programme the tension is different. But for a 5 people radio programme I still can’t figure out the tension
Nakamaru: that’s why this is the first time seeing Koki’s tension ( in a radio programme) and I was still thinking “ah that’s how Koki normally speaks” ( in a radio programme).
Nakamaru & Ueda: Saw it for the first time
Koki: first time ne
(laughs)
Kame: even though it’s not a fixed programme, we’ll try our best to present interesting shows to everyone. Everyone in Miyagi, do not forget your smiles, let’s move forward together!
Koki: at the same time this show is trying to gather everyone’s opinions on song requests, please use the form on the website, the address is www.jfn.co.jp/kat-tun, using handphone is okay too
Kame: then today’s show will end here, see you again. This is KAT-TUN’s Kamenashi Kazuya and
Taguchi: Taguchi Junnosuke and
Nakamaru: Nakamaru Yuichi and
Ueda: Ueda Tatsuya and
Koki: Tanaka Koki
Everyone: BYE BYE
In response to the article about people accusing KAT-TUN's hidden lyrics as fake, idk why sometimes people/media tend to portray artists in a negative light. Artists are humans too, they have feelings and emotions. If every good deed that they do is a fake act to boost their popularity and sales figures, then I think these artists must be feeling really pathetic. The world might be screwed up or whatever not, but not everyone is as evil as those haters imagined them to be. There are waaaaaaaaay more kind souls around, and KAT-TUN is definitely one of them.
haha seeya in the next trans! (:
