So, I got some cool plant this week! I got a pitcher plant and some sundews, which are carnivorous and eat bugs! And I got some epiphytes, aka air plants, and I am really looking forward to this little project. I planted the sundews and pitcher plants in a mix of 50% peat and 50% perilite, with moss on the surface to keep them moist. I didn't know

Did you manage to find moss or a substitue?
We have a potting soil for indoor plants that has water beads in it. They turn to gel crystals and hold moisture.
