Loaded sims. Played Dorks for a little over an hour. Gave everyone makeovers with shibby new CC. Got Kat pregnant again. Henry was naked, and started talking to Harker about, I shit you not, balls and rockets. Much hilarity was had ( Read more... )

That is something, I suppose. And it definitely got me back into the feel of playing. I'll just, uh, save like the dickens in the future. :D

That sounds just awful. I'm so sorry you are having such troubles with your game. I miss the Dorks, but probably not nearly as much as you do!

It was really frustrating at the time, but it's given me a taste of playing again, so while I'm sad I lost all that playtime...I'm excited to play it through again. :D

Oh, I hate that. I'm trying to play through a family I made (on the 3rd gen, cba to post it online though) but I just got 6 new expansions. Installed them, went into game - the whole load of CC furni was flashing blue and didn't show up in the catalog. Funnily enough, their genetics (eyes, skin, hair) were fine. Just the furniture.
Trying to figure it out - go into it again, it works fine, gen 4 makes an appearance - then GAME GOES CRASHYYY!

Stupid sims 2.
