So lately I've been selling a lot of my DVDs. The ones I like rather than love. The ones people gave me that I didn't love. As with any book-lover, my shelf space is at a premium, so I'm very reluctant to go to Ikea and buy more media storage boxes. Wow, I am finally awake. Please note the time of this entry. It was one of those mornings when the alarm went off at 6am, I turned over, thought 'five more minutes' and then it was 7.30am. My train departs 7.56am. There was a mad mad rush. This has been the usual state of affairs this week. I'm looking forward to being off tomorrow more than I can ( Read more... ) -
An alternative to all this pink
I'm not Valentine's Day's biggest fan. Indeed, it's a celebration that I quite frankly boycott every year - thankfully with the blessing of Himself. It used to be because of all the hype, but now it's more about the hype, the laziness of having only one day where you make an effort - how much more romantic if it were spontaneous, and the waste.
