I should've explained what was going on better in my post. The faculty does have good reasoning why they went on strike. One of the reasons being money and the current rate of inflation. EMU faculty is one of the lowest paying universities in Michigan. There are other reasons such as health insurance and certain benefits

Doesn't negate the fact that they broke contract to perform an illegal strike. The end result of this? Higher tuition.
