It was so much fun seeing photos of the bands! I hate to admit this, but I only know who a handful of these peeps are. I think I disappeared from Earth for the last 20 or 30 years!

I've never seen that particular GB photo, but I love it. It was also nice seeing WWS again. I'm so sorry they aren't working together anymore.

A lot of these are current bands. I missed out on music in the 90's. I just really started listening again about 5 years ago. But I grew up loving all kinds of music.

I chose that picture of GB because I hadn't seen it before.
And yeah, I wish WWS would stay together and put out another album.

I rarely buy music and am notorious for flipping from station to station while driving and so don't know a lot of the groups by face or name. I have probably listened to the music of most as hubby loves any kind of rock group.

I've been buying a lot more music lately than I used to. I flip from station to station, too. Mostly because I can't find anything good to listen to on the radio here. :P

i've never heard of 8 on your list, so i wouldn't have ever got them. ellis marsalis wouldn't happen to be the dad of the boys is it?

Ellis Marsalis is the father of the all that talent. His grandson, Jason, played the drums with him in his trio when we saw them. There's a lot of talent in that family.
