Do you think actors in medical dramas like Grey's Anatomy or ER ever go into hospital and start freaking out?

"Oh My God! Eosinophilia-myalgia! We had that on the show! It was bad on the show! Oh GOD I'M GOING TO DIE!!!!"

I don't think actors are going to remember the storylines that specifically from each and every episode. It's all "spit up blood" this and "crash cart" that.

Yeah, that's what I was going to say. Most of the time on commentary tracks the actors can't even remember the episode title, let alone the details. I doubt they'd remember technobabble they do every week.

Friends of mine were in a parody hospital improvised theatre show a while back, during which one of them injured herself and had to go to the ER. Apparently it was quite surreal.
