"This spread doesn’t have a name yet, but it’s one I use in order to get a good idea of where I stand/where things are going when I begin to work with a new deity, or to check in with one I’m already familiar with.
Card 01 - Who is this deity? You can basically look at this card as doing two things. The first thing is verification, to make sure you know which deity you’re dealing with. I’m especially in love with this position because I have a problem of asking after a particular deity and then getting a different one answering me when I do this spread.
The second part comes into play in figuring out which aspect of a deity you’re dealing with, if it comes to that. I have noticed that a lot of the deities I work with will present a COMPLETELY different side of themselves to others. It’s nice to know who you’re getting.
Card 02 - What will our relationship be like? This card kind of colours how I interpret the other cards in the reading. A friendly, easy going relationship will cause me to look at the cards differently than a distant, business-like relationship. But it also serves the obvious purpose of warning you of what you’re getting into.
Card 03 - What do they want from me? If you’re picturing me asking this question in a sort of desperate and hopeless way then you are correct XD;; But yeah, knowing what’s expected or required of you is always a handy thing to check.
Card 04 - How can I best make this happen? It’s kind of difficult to determine how to actually go about what you need to do, that thing and that’s what this card is for.
Card 05 - What may get in my way? Because when is anything ever easy, right?
Card 06 - Ultimate outcome of the relationship. Straightforward enough, I think."

So I just did this one myself and got;
1 King of Wands
2 Ace of Swords, Rev
3 Three of Wands, Rev
4 The Tower
5 Two of Swords, Rev
6 Nine of cups
The book in my deck lists each cards slightly differently than the Tarot reading book I bought, but they do correspond on some points.
If anyone would like to take a stab at what this means [aside from what I can gather myself, which...I'm not very sure of] my deck is Tarot of the Cat People.
King of Wands: TotCP: An honest and conscientious person. Maturity. Wise, devoted, friendly and sympathetic person. Educated gentlemen, generally married. Fatherly person.
Generic Tarot Book: The King represents a man of status and wealth, an influential and independent person who is inclined to help those he cares about. He may be a boss or a mentor, a senior business partner, or a mentor. You can rely on his honesty, intelligence, loyalty, and fair-mindedness, and you are sure to get good advice from him.
This all leads ME to think Thoth/Djehuti, but only because of my previous knowledge of him. I may be neglecting other Deities that are represented in the manner.
2 Ace of Swords, Rev: TotCP: Debacle. Tyranny. Disaster. Self-destruction. Violent temper. Embarrassment. Obstacle. Infertility.
GTB: As this is an extremely positive card, the reversed position only indicates delays or glitches. What you planned for on the mental plane may not come into manifestation on the physical plane as quickly as you had hoped, and this may be causing frustration and tension. [this was for the reverse, but for the card itself it says its a new beginnings card, a triumph over difficulties and is emblematic of a major breakthrough so you can see my confusion at the two different descriptions]
3 Three of Wands, Rev: TotCP: Assistance with an ulterior motive. Diminishing adversity. Beware of help offered.
GTB: You are doing most of the work on an internal level, clarifying your needs and formulating your sense of direction. You have resolved most of the problems connected to the situation or enterprise and negotiated the tricky bits. Now you can expect things to go smoothly when you do go public with your ideas.
4 The Tower: TotCP:Complete and sudden change. Breakdown of old beliefs. Abandonment of past relationships. Severing of a friendship. Change of opinion. Unexpected events. Disruption. Bankruptcy. Termination. Havoc. Downfall. Undoing. Loss of stability. A sudden event that destroys trust. Loss of money. Loss of security. Loss of love and affection. Setback. Terrible change. Unforeseen accident.
GTB: Many interpret The Tower as representing catastrophe, but whatever disruption or adversity it heralds is for the best. The Tower represents the overthrow of false ideals and old habit patterns that need to be gotten rid of. In this sense, it is not a negative card but a positive one. Sometimes, there is indeed some kind of loss-personal or financial. But careful examination of all the factors will generally show that the catastrophic event could have been foreseen if you had only been aware and willing to face facts. The Tower is related to Uranus, the planet of unexpected, lightning-fast events. What is destroyed in conjunction with this card has served its purpose and needs to go.
5 Two of Swords, Rev: TotCP:Duplicity. Falsehood. Misrepresentation. Disloyalty. Dishonor. Treachery. False friends. Lies.
GTB: When the Two of Swords appears reversed, it exacerbates the above [stasis, unable to move forward] situation, except that the person actually feels helpless to make the necessary changes. This may result in deceit or disloyalty, lying or duplicity.
6 Nine of cups: TotCP: Success. Material attainment. Advantage. well-being. Abundance. Good health. Victory. Difficulties surmounted.
GTB: Even the most negative interpreters have nothing bad to say about this card. It means success, triumph, everything you want and hope for. When the Nine of Cups appears, ask yourself, "What is it I really want?" The card's answer is that you will get it!
