Summer started with Jason's 20th birthday, staying at his house and seeing Phantom of the Opera on Broadway as well as some hanging out with friends and Star Wars Ep.3.
I quickly unpacked and repacked in Baltimore then before going to Germany for all of June and half of July. Even though Germany was technically to improve my german, i think i learned about as much about alcohal as i did about german, if not more, but it was awesome and deffinitly a worthwhile experiance. I could write more, but since I’ve already posted about it fairly extensively, I’ll just leave it at that.
The rest of the summer was basically spent hanging out at my house in Balto, with a week at Jason's house and a weekend at Ali's house with Lysse and Arthur for PA Ren Faire. There were short visits down to DC visiting Laine and Lysse, Catonsville hanging out with Heidi, and to BLS to see BA and old teachers/students. While at home, I made a cute, pink skirt, watched lots of TV and movies, and did a lot of cross-stitch.
I came back to Drew a week early for ITS training week, which has been excellent, for the most part, especially being here and seeing friends, although I have some weird obsession for making sure the faclab is running well - good for managing it, but a kinda strange attitude to have for a part time job. and the summer, though kinda already over, ends with my 20th birthday. so yay :)
and this year should be great
