Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you've probably seen the reviews for cars to -- how awful the plot is, it was too violent, it was a sequel on Pixar's weakest film, etc., resulting in a 33% at rottentomatoes.com. I haven't seen Cars 2 yet (but probably will eventually since my nephews are crazy for Cars and cars and moving things of all types, ;) ) but whatever the movie, I never listen to critics. I usually disagree with them. If I want to see a movie, I see it. If I don't I don't. Sometimes I change my mind and see it later or watch it so I can understand my nephew, lol.

I hadn't even known there was a Cars 2 ... but then again, I didn't watch Cars the first either.

I'm glad you enjoyed your experience though! Sounds like a fun outing. Did Becca go too?
