Normally the "oomph" is not something you necessarily don't know about during the time you show off. I'm sure you just had an off-day and not an "oomph" day that day. I mean, from what I understand you do quite well in dancing competitions, and you can't be perfect all the time, right?
Regarding life and uni stuff, I hope you sort it out and feel better about your life as it stands now soon enough. Worries and such come and go, but in the end, they are more likely to make you stronger. I think you should keep that in mind. And in any case: No one likes growing up though.. so everyone wants to make the best out of it, and it seems like you're doing a pretty good job as you are aware of your situation at any given time.
