You'll get to all the projects when the kids are in preschool or taking naps... Or maybe Sebi could watch them for some designated amount of time so you could do one. -thumbs up-
As for Christmas I think it sounds like a LOT of fun, but a long long drive. Will you have a tree and decorations? Will mom be staying at your house too? Have you invited dad??
