Some of you may know of my father, Robert Steele (In SCA is is know currently as Gauss Magnason, formely as Shinawasi Magnason.  You can say our relationship is strained at best.  In fact I last talked to him on father's day, and before that it was at my wedding.  He and I are very simular in personality, but have very different lives.  Perhaps

Here's hoping the damage was minimalized. We'll be up in NY this weekend dealing with our own family issues but I'll try to pop in & check things out.
