Minako arrived at Chika's door, still in her very cheery mood and in an orange pastel t-shirt (with lots of French writing on it, most notably "C'est la vie") with a white knee-length skirt. Basically, it was almost impossible to look at her and not be cheered up even a bit. She knocked three times to let her know she was there.
