Well I got into UCLA like I wanted XD Also finished merits finally so my stress level has decreased quite a bit, but AP exams are coming up and my senior year is coming to an end in a few months. I'll have to get my english portfolio ready soon too for senior exit exams *looks at her friends to help* XD ( Read more... )

Of course you have fans! we really enjoy your light cloudly shading style and your character designs. The original designs are so good! and the two children underneath the manga subset page are quite cute. Just like my two little children. They, along with me, are manga lovers and we hope to see what you have in store for us soon!

Hai it's alright you just have a really weird internet situation. Assembling fans by hand?? Crazy! Well that's nice of her, too bad not many ppl comment. Makes me think no one is payign attention to me so I don't have a large obligation to update ASAP and to take my time XD or is that just my excuse for my lazyness/procrastination? lol

YAY for UCLA! Don't stress so mucn and just relax during your senior year, you deserve it after all the hard work that you have done! Do not ever think no one has been paying attention to you. I, myself, visit your website faithfully every single dai just to see if you have put up some more of your beautiful artwork! Don't call they drawings, they are works of art in which you worked hard on. People get to enjoy them at no cost to them, yet there was a great work cost to you, so feel good about yourself. You and all your other fans are here waiting for you to post your artwork. By the way, I think thuy meant fan fans, not the kind that you fan yourself with lol at least that is what she says. I think you will get better at proportion in your artwork and will win many more contests one day. Once again, congrats on getting into such a good college, you've worked hard!

o_O; kinda hard to relax with AP exams are approaching. Awe thx so much for visiting everyday >.<; I feel bad that I can't put up anything, though I've drawn some new profile chibi heads for the profile page but haven't finalized it yet. Fan fans... o_o;; ack *hides* I'm not good enough to have fans lol. I hope I get better at proportions soon. Thanks again!

Oh dear dear Roxanne. I heard from my friends that you consider yourself a "bad" artist?? That is so not true. The fact is that there are some people better than you, yet there are a LOT of people that are worse than you. You have come so far in developing your skills (i can tell from the way your drawings have developed from year to year on your nice layout webby). I visit it often seeing if you will update hehe, but it seems that you are quite busy with your schoolwork and I know you will do well on that too. Try not to compare yourself as much with others, but learn to trust yourself and have confidence that your artwork will draw a wide audience. It is already drawing a pretty good audience around here as more and more people see your beautiful works!

So have you began it yet? I can't wait to see what you will put up, even your first page lol which isn't up o_O do you have your cover page done, you could at least put that up?? *clings onto the artist Roxie*. What programs do you use to color your work, they look so nice :) AP exams are really a pain, they cause us to study so much, yet we don't have much time to do anything else, so it ruins our free time. like for drawing.. but i can tell that you are a great worker because you got into UCLA! I've been visiting here a lot ever since i discovered this site on search. I've printed out all your drawings and pasted them on my wall hehe. Keep up the good work, i can't wait to see much more from you!

o.O hm well first draft is almost the finalized pencil, so when I start on the black/white final it'll only take a day or two to get it up, which will occur when I'm actually free >.< I only use Photoshop, though I hope to get Painter and ComicWorks. The other colored pictures like the Shin and Keiko one was done in color pencils. Yes AP exams are pain in bottoms >.< thx so much for visiting! o.o; and putting it as real room wallpaper XD lol.
