Well i'll never. I'd say Motoko gets it on with all and sundry if the manga are to be believed. It's just that the anime has to be toned down so much. all she does is walk around like an undercover cop posing as a street worker!

True, true. The question I have, really, is if she could really see Batou as more than a friend -- enough so to make things interesting, as it were. I mean, I think so, particularly since it's the first time they're not in a working environment, as it were, but nevertheless.
