Semi-busy weekend

Fourth of July was fun.  We went swimming for a little while and I found a tree frog!  He was so awesome.  I had fun flipping my hand over and watching how he held on.  It rained a lot in the afternoon while we were trying to grill but it ended up ok.  Thursday night Mike and I finally went on a date that we had been promising each other for weeks

Durrrrrr I was killing rats outside your apartment and left the corpses there. Durrrrr that must be why you have flies.

For goodness sakes, how stupid can maintenance be? And if it died outside the apartment how did that many flied get inside? I didn't see anything dead lying out on the balcony . . . we're on the second floor so I would think that would be where it would have to be . . .
