Physical Appearance- Caroline’s appearance is always considered “nice” and “sweet”. While Olivia is the spice, she’s the sugar. Her smile is complete with slight dimples. Her eyes are rounder, less asian, yet more knowing. Her hair is straight, long, light, and shampoo worthy. It’s of a less redder shade of brown than her older sister’s.
Caroline is not plump, but she’s not skinny, she’s average for an Asian girl (though she’s only half). Her face is soft, the edges, round.
Her clothes are always girl-next-door appropriate. She wears very little make-up. Part of Caroline wants to try something new.
But then.
Her parents would think she had turned into her sister.
She’s going into 11th Grade at Akachou High.
Personality- Soft spoken and shy. Bookish and beautiful. Caroline grew up into a set personality for herself. Forced from being number two to number one caused her to never grow into her own personality, her own self.
People all around don’t notice though. Caroline was always the sweet one. She was the friend you turned to if you had problems, she was the one with the everlasting heart.
Caroline always forgave.
Caroline always helped you study for your homework.
Caroline never seemed to have a goal for herself.
The half-Asian girl always working hard to make everyone else happy and never herself. She doesn’t know HOW to indulge herself and when she tries so hard she has some of the most spectacular temper tantrums that even rival Olivia’s.
History- Unlike her older sister, Caroline was born in California and spent three years of her life there. When she reached the correct age she started Akachou Elementary with her older sister. Caroline was no where near as gifted as her older sister when it came to studies. She was quickly overshadowed. Even as a eight year old she started to rely on the fantasies of her books and her ability to charm people with her kindness.
When Olivia was still doing her studies during her final year in the Middle School level of Bara Academy, Caroline got put in the public junior high due to money issues. Her parents originally planned on moving her to Bara if she studied hard during her High School freshman year.
But then Olivia was sucked into a horrible world and her parents realized that it was Bara Academy’s fault. So even though Caroline had studied her ass off to get the same flawless grades Olivia got without even thinking, she was made to stay in the public school.
Instead she was boosted to the status of being “the favourite child” or more well-known by Olivia and her friends: The Lufkin Angel.
Caroline absolutely hated it, but she admitted it to no one. She was forced to keep her grades up even though she felt there was no reason for them anymore. She was forced to stay in the public school even though she had worked so hard to get accepted at the private on their yearly scholarships. She was forced to be NICE to everyone even though she was a hormonal teenaged girl.
And because Caroline never lived life for herself.
She did so without complaint.
Until now. At 16.
Olivia has disappeared and Caroline is on the hunt to find her. She has vowed never to forgive her parents for abandoning her older sister to the world without ANYTHING (Even if it was half Olivia’s fault to begin with).
Career- Caroline is a student in the Akachou High Public. She is in all honours classes and takes choir electives. She loves to sing but she doesn’t think she’ll pursue it due to her parents. In fact she doesn’t know what she wants to do at
Housing- When she was younger the sweet child had to share a room with her older sister, but when Olivia moved to the basement she got the large room completely to herself. It’s furnished with an expensive computer (a consolation prize for the fact that she couldn’t go to the private school) and a childish bed.
Much of her life is kept on her computer.. in the form of an electronic dictionary. Her complaints, her hatred, all rely in that electronic box.
The house itself is middle class and kept up quite nicely.

Take a breath. Take a deep, deep breath.
Fingers were resting on a computer keyboard. Today had been absolute shit.
Everyday had been absolute shit since she learned that her “beloved” parents had kicked Olivia out. Caroline fiddled with her soft brown hair and leaned back.
She wanted to scream.
The Lufkin Angel wanted to shout profanities at the top of her lungs.
But she couldn’t.
It was her own fault. Caroline had trapped herself in a web of BEING KIND AND SWEET. She was too scared to take a chance. She was too afraid to know the backlash she’d get if she shed her façade of absolute GODLINESS.
Her fingers returned to the keyboard and she set the font size to the largest she could find that would still fit on the page.
‘FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK!’
Caroline Lufkin felt better.
