I've been reading my friends' updates for the past few months and haven't posted anything since June. So, I thought I post something. This has been constantly on my mind, as well as bothering me.

Some people say you are not with God unless you find peace, other say you are not with God unless you are struggling...I'm trying to find peace within my walk with God, but right now I am struggling.

I think it's more like this: the more you walk in faith with God, the more you have internal peace, even if you are struggling through external trials. As it says in James 1:2-4, the trials we go through do have a purpose. Or, to put it another way, it's only through struggling that you really learn to live.

Thanks for the insight. Life is a test of faith and I know I need to trust God more. In other words, have more faith.
