read a book on feng shui... like one of thsoe "________ for dummies" books. they give you some easy ways tio kind of improve your life without actually changing anything., not that you can REALLY feng shui a dorm room... but there are some other more simple things you can do. it seems like a bunch of crap at first but you get this chinese cultural vibe and its cool.
