well, it can't be exact, because that's copyright infringment, but, you can get close. That much lace is going to make it expensive though... but you could save money by using lower quality satin or even cotton sateen for the lining.
yay rachel! boo to 3000. but you know, i bet it's a high quality lace. i'm sure there are multiple variations of lace. seamstresses should be able to give you a quote ahead of time, but they need a good month or two to make the dress usually. even though that doesn't really make sense, several people in my family have gone that route and complained about how much time the seamstresseses..es..es.. whatever, wanted. klynda's right, it can't look like a knockoff, you have to have it slightly altered in some way. OR you could draw it, or find someone else to draw it and take it in and say "this is my ideal gown." and have them make it. a little more shady, but it works.
