I am sooo sore! I worked out for two hours yesterday (one hour on cardio, one hour in the weight room) eek my stomach is so painful today! I did the super crunch weight machine, it's like a high powered sit up. I think I did 4 sets of 15 crunches at 80lbs each . . .owww ( Read more... )
