So for the past six months or so Alex and I have been looking at houses in GR. Today we are buying a house!!! It's a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,081 sq ft house in Comstock Park, Mi. It's just 3 mins away from where we live now. So, we will still be living just off of Alpine on the North side of GR. I'm so excited!!!! ^_^ If we close within a ( Read more... )

Thank you! Well we have been renting from our friend for well over a year now and the time has long since come, we need a place of our own.

Yeah I watched a real estate channel and these people were looking for a new home in DC and they paid like 750,000 for it and it was smaller than this house is!!! Crazy!!!

Thank you! We like that it isn't like all the other houses that we looked at, it has some character! Not just a cookie cutter house like most of the newer ones. This house was actually built in 1961, but it has been so well maintained! ^_^
