Our house fell through, b/c the housing mkt is crap and the bank appraised the house at less than we bid for it. meaning no financing and they were not willing to go lower!!! So alex and I are still looking.... sadness . . . . .
Awww, i'm sorry! That house was nice. But I'm sure you'll find some place great, and this will prevent you from having to say the dreaded phrase, "I can't, the mortgage is due this week," for another couple months!
