I noticed nobody uploaded yet our beloved leader's first experience as a MC, of course for an art program. Ito Jakuchu is a Edo Era painter that left unpredictable masterpieces with gorgeous color and detail drawing. Ah, I wanted to see this! I was wondering why no one had posted these. I really wish someone would sub or summarize what Ohno talked about though. Thanks for sharing these clips with us!

well, I doubt anybody will, unless they're interested in Japanese Edo era artists, because that's essentially what he talks about. My Japanese is clearly not good enough to do that, but I can tell you that he does not much more than get excited while watching these paintings, and admiring how detailed they are. The program basically explains the techinques used by Ito Jakuchu, thanks to new machines which allow you to see the painting at an incredibly high definition. He also talks with some experts about the artist himself, his sensitivity and so on, the way he worked and stuff. That's basically what I got from it, anyway. Hope it was helpful XD

Thanks!!! Really wanted to see this. =) It's so great that he gets the chance to combine his interests and his entertainment job. Now... if only he could get on a fishing TV program...
