This is really great!

I tend to go for a lot of dog-walks when I start to feel down, it just feels really good to move and get some sunshine (if it's available).

I wish your runs were longer* and took you all the way to the west coast!

*For the 2,000 mile run it's good to have leggings on to avoid chaffing.
