During all of Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, a wintry mix of ice rain descended on Kansas City and its neighboring towns. The local schools were closed because road conditions were too terrible. Since my mother works for the school, my father pours concrete (not a good idea in this weather), and my sister and her fiance are jobless

Suck! Poor Brian, thick sheets of ice and a tree almost crushing your car is no good way to start out a day. Not to mention idiot customers. I'd have to say the worst thing is getting up 6am on a winter morning. But then again, I've always hated having to get up early to go someplace i don't wanna go. That Man Power place called me actually the other day, told me there was a job washing dishes at 7am. There's no way I'm taking that. Luckily I already have the Phone book job.

Too bad you can't take a shotgun to work. Then stupid people would quit coming on horrible days, and you could have stayed in your nice, warm bed.
