Yes, it's that time of year again. Looks like the new NaNo site isn't up yet, and I was going to wait until it was, but meh. Here is my annual poll anyway. Also, my annual annoucement about my NaNoWriMo filter. I swore I was NOT doing it - I've only tried it once, 2 years ago, I think? - and failed miserably (I think I hit about 20k), and said nope, not again, at least not while I'm in school, running around in 12 different directions at once and all... and now Falootin's talking about doing it this year, and I am so desperately wanting to WANT to write and to get excited about a project at all, that I am thinking about it, but it's not like I even have any ideas at all or anything. And I SHOULD be working on pumpkin pie, which I'm already failing at (thank you ear infection) or any of the other million projects I've already started. Why is new stuff always so tempting?

So, anyway, what are you going to be working on?

(Sorry to come in on this conversation, but I totally agree with you Shayna!) I was like "not doing it this year", and here I am, telling my friend about the outline of the story I am thinking of -_-
Love it though.
What are you doing? Or are you one of those ad lib people? :P

Heh, I've done NaNo so often that it would feel weird not doing it.

I'm actually thinking of working on the second book of the Myrrosta trilogy instead of starting something new. I've been writing so many little scenes for the story that I really think it's time to get back to the actual novel.

I have no idea what I'm writing about, but I think I'm probably doing NaNo, yet again.

I have only done NaNoWriMo once, in 2008 and have wanted to do it again but just never got around to it. But I'm definitely doing it this year. I'm torn between two stories I want to write about and one I've had in my head for years so I'm starting to lean towards doing this one.
