I should be unpacking from my trip to Vancouver, but this was more fun :) In high school I think I was in between Nerd and Dork. Socially I was not really with it because I'm pretty shy. That was an interesting test. More interesting than I thought it would be.

I must say, once a person has become a hardcore character costumer, there seems little time to obsess over all the separate fandoms from which the costumes were inspired. But you're still a geek for obsessing over the costumes themselves, right? ;D

Yes, I think just being a costumer is a 'geek' activity from their definition. You focus on knowing many things about how to make costumes and become a bit of an expert at that one particular thing :) I guess it makes sense that I end up telling people I'm just a costume geek (or costume junkie). That's what I am! It's not a highly technical nerd sort of activity.
