so day 1 went well but before I start maybe I should explain my "revised" version of abc. I have tried time and time again to complete this diet and always fall short. never make it to week two. not this time i figured out the problem and made it fool proof, and made it more for my life. im a busy person. i work 9.5 hrs at my full time job a day ( Read more... )

I've done something like this...prepare for hairloss in the fourth week darling, some bruising, and some weakness, also loss of coloration in your complexion. :-/ Be careful. 8th week, I had facial bloating due to my body trying to store fat. I totally thought I was getting enough calories eating around 800, but my body apparently disagreed. Take care of your body and make sure you are actually eating 1000 calories at the very least on average every day.
