our brother used to say it, to be a brat mostly...
the boyfriend and i now use it to express displeasure. it's a great phrase.

When Braden was little, he was kinda stubborn and argumentative. Back when his vocabulary consisted of maybe twenty words or so, he had a habit, when someone said "hi" to him, glaring at them and saying "no hi!" It eventually became a phrase he used more generally to express displeasure with something - he'd be served dinner he didn't like, and he'd shake his head at it and say "no hi!"
