It's the most wonderful time of the year!
It hasn't stopped raining in about four days (supposed to continue through Wednesday), but even though it was wet, it was a nice weekend. Friday was Steve's work holiday party, which was very nice. Changes
I don't know what is up with my DVR! It's suddenly decided to, quite randomly, not record things. Things that are new! Things that do not have higher-priority conflicts! Pinhole
A few weeks ago, I built a pinhole camera with a kit. It's cardboard, held together with Elmer's glue and tape and rubber bands. There's nothing automatic or battery-operated about it, which is, you know, about as opposite as you can get from the digital cameras I'm used to!

I feel so accomplished! I opened a Macy's card to get a discount on my dad's birthday gift, and since I got 20% off for the entire weekend, in addition to a 20% off coupon for most items good for one day... I am READY for Christmas cheer! I borrowed two audiobooks with Christmas in the titles from the library last night. I already have plans to put up the tree and decorate the house for the holidays on November 26th. I've started Christmas shopping and am thisclose to breaking out the Christmas CDs.
