Well, about 10 minutes after I last updated (last night), one of the most horrible things happened. Marianne and I were riding in a tuk-tuk (basically a rickshaw attached to a motorbike) and suddenly 2 men rode by on a motorcycle and snatched Marianne's bag from her. Apparently we are extremely lucky that we didn't get shot or cut or dragged down
