So I had a crush on this girl. Like a HUGE crush. And she was my best friend. And I really, really liked her. I thought she was beautiful and funny and perfect. There was just one problem. She was straight. Very straight :| But she didn't care that I was, well me, and so it was fine. We had tons of sleep overs and were best of friends. We wrote fic together, and it was totally awesome. But one night we screwed around, and the next morning was super awkward and we had the dvd of Tenacious D in concert and she just watched it the rest of time she was at my house like :|
Aaaaaaand we've never been the same since. We had awkwardness the rest of high school and once we were in college, well we've fallen out of touch.
So every time I listen to this song, as much as I love it, I just feel completely guilty because I sometimes think I ruined a perfectly good friendship by letting us mess around :( And I really love this song too!
