Thanks, Lisa! I'm really enjoying playing around with colors inspired by the original images. You've got a way with the charcoals, too, though. Just as creative, in my opinion. :-)
I'm impressed, Sunshine! You have a lot of talent. Would love to see you attempt Bodie and Doyle some time. ;-)
btw, I finally got around to watching the Charlie Jade dvd you gave me. My impression is that it's too dark, depressing, and confusing - I shall not be seeking out any more eps, but I appreciate your satisfying my curiosity.
Thank you! I've found this foray into visual art very inspiring. And I'm quite sure there will be some Bodie and Doyle in my 'gallery' soon. How could I resist those boys. ;-)
As for Charlie Jade, I pretty much share your impressions, and never finished watching all the eps I have. I'm impressed at what they attempted to do, but it left me more frustrated than fascinated. I like dark, but at least one of the characters needs to really draw me in, or it doesn't work for me.
O-1, the creepy bad guy in CJ was great. But the protagonist left me lukewarm.
More Pros art, yes, can't have too much of that! Lorraine's delicious "Doyle Green Eyes" portrait that sold at ZebraCon is a big part of why I fell in love with Pros, I think. *g*
Thanks, Kat. I'm glad you like it. The original photo had the color tweaked a bit, and I was inspired to take things even farther in my version. Color is fun to play with. :-)

More frustrated than fascinated - agreed. In addition, the pace was at times agonizingly slow. That bad guy sure was creepy and easy to hate, though.

Good or bad kind of crazy? I don't want my creative efforts driving anyone to the looney bin. *g*
