That's great news, Kayla! Don't forget to post when you get some pics. I'm FTM, so I"m kind of on the opposite side (wouldn't wear girls clothes for anything) but I have 4 very close friends who are cds (i'm simonbear7 on crossdressers.com if you ever want to leave a note), and have handed on the few 'girl' clothes I had left lurking unworn at the back of my wardrobe, and handed most of my makeup on to an mtf.
Are you scared of telling your wife? I know it can go either way, for some stupid reason some women seem to equate cd's with being gay (which is bullshit, as stats have shown about 90% are straight), but those whose wives have accepted have had a huge amount of fun together.

I wouldn't say that I'm necessarily scared of telling her, it's more that I'm uneasy about it. I kinda talked to her about it when we were dating and she was very good at listening and pretending to be ok with it. I say pretending because it turns out several years later she told me that she almost broke up with me then. I agree that it is because it is associated with being gay and that really sucks because it would be great to have her as a wife and a "girlfriend."

I can't believe you gave up all of the girly stuff.....I just love it all so much, especically high heels!!

I have to say I'm totally jealous of how you already look.

shopping for fem clothing in the real world can be hard, i've always been lucky that most of my real friends are women, who are ok with a TS.

Thanks girl!! I've been hoping to find some real girls that would take me under their wing so I could go out shopping but right now I'm ok with little steps like going out late at night for a short period to like the post office. Maybe walmart next time.

As for your wife, you might consider telling her. To hide who you are is not good and if she finds out, it may be worse. I told my wife three years before we were married, and I was still fairly new to all this. We will have been married 30 years next year. We spent much of our courtship exploring Margaret, it brought us closer. Both my wife and I will be happy to give you support.
