Cyber bullying is real. Kids Facebook and tease classmates online.
How is a Facebook wall any different than "normal" bullying policeable like pushes in the hallway, spit on, name teasing or harassing calls? It is no different and the world will sooner or later see "online" interactions matter just as much as face to face or time tested things like harassing phone calls.
I think an IP ban would work. Yes there is a friend or school to bypass it, but calling Comcast to change your IP is not easy (unplug your modem for 4 DAYS or speak to the security team!).
As a bullied kid you have to have the bully get bored of trying because there's no response or his school, his buddy, his home, and his grandmom are all IP banned off FA. And he'll troll somewhere else.
*Sigh* my roommate said my art is good and I could commission, my stuff rivals some of the usual fare he's seen in artist's alley, but I don't trust FA, and DA showed itself to be very anti-furry. I don't know where to offer my wares.
