I have the Boobs of Doom. They started leaking colostrum sometime during Dragonball Evolution, apparently. They're sore, and leaky, and itchy, and I can't sleep because of them. *cries

So it's apparently cross-cultural, the lack of privacy and respect given to women's reproductive matters. :)
I've never been pregnant, nor been around that many women who were, nor have I ever raised a child--so at least I will refrain from giving you advice, even if no one else will!
My suggestions? Start taking pre-natal vitamins now. (Yeah, I know that you need a prescription in the US. An extra folic acid pill might just do the trick.)
Also, relax. Seriously. Stressing out is just going to make the trying suck royally, and that's not the point. :)
Xen and I tried for four years. We were worried that there was something wrong with either of us, so "we" went in for testing. When I say "we" I mean mostly me. He just had to jack off in a cup. I got pap-smears, post coital tests, blood tests, urine tests, tracking of my period fun, and then finally a hysteropingogram where they irradiate and xray your uterus.
Still, it seems to have taken me finding and talking to my soul mate for the first time in 14 years, and a very specific (and fun!) sex position to happen. LOL.
And I've been pregnant before! It really wasn't supposed to be that freaking difficult!
Oh, better. I actually had to confer with the midwife and get her okay and word that this was utter bullshit before my boss would let me stand on my tip-toes without yelling at me

Seriously. Were I hormonal and being lectured, it'd be a miracle that I HADN'T socked somebody upside the head yet. You are more patient than I.
And since it sounds like you could use it... *big hugs!*
