Summary: A dystopian AU where corporal punishment is doled out for breaking the law and is handled by dominants known as caseworker. Jensen is sent to the Center to receive correction and his caseworker, Jared, is too captivated by him. His professionalism becomes questionable.

Just wanted to say how much I liked your verse.

I hope you keep going with it. I'd love to hear more about Jensen's past, is he JDM, the mythic leader, but broken now. I love the snippets about the evil government. Not that I don't like the porn, believe me, but I love when the overarching story also stays relevant and woven in.

Like how long will this "Correction" go on for? Where is Jared trying to lead him. Will those chips make a reappearance?

But all that said, I really like the journey so far.

Thank you so much! I love this verse, too. It's what happens when you study marginalization in America and Germany at the same time :)

I do plan on delving into Jensen's past a bit more - why he is the way he is, the connections he has with the Center etc. If I remember correctly, I did mention, briefly, that his Correction will go on for a year. So, originally 12 appointments, but not something like 20 bc they're biweekly.

To be perfectly honest, I always start thinking about the porn, but then I forget, and when I get to that point in the story, I always think Oh! Porn goes here!

"porn goes here" ha, ha ha love it. Yes, I tried my had at writing a story (I suck, and not in any kind of a good way) and I found I left all the spots for porn to be filled in later, while I filled in the plot and tried to solve all the issues of movement, where they were going, what they saw. It was exhausting. I don't know how people pull it off so well. I need a porn sub to come in and fill in all the nice porny bit for me : ) My mind can't seem to operate in both modes at once. To have such troubles...

I do remember the 12 apts now that you mention it. Coolio! Just really interested in where this is going. I really like the world itself though. I've read a lot of science fiction over the years, (maybe not as much porn : ) and this is unique.

I love scifi stuff, too! I especially adore AU governments like Heinlein's stuff & V for Vendetta. I'm on a Watchmen obsession currently. I've heard the movie is just disappointing (altho jeffrey morgan is in it, so hurrah), but I need to read the comic, first. It's sadly sitting on my window ledge, but I haven't had the time to read it. Damn these final papers and finals!!!

I work on it from time to time, but I am currently buried under my last major class and the weekly papers it inflicts upon me, as well as my other classes of course. I hope to get something up soon, but it won't be for a while yet. At least not until spring break this March. Although, I love you for commenting on it ♥ Thank you!
