so friday afternoon i went to paducah to take my certification test. no big deal. and i wasn't really that nervous. i was more nervous about the written part than the skills part. the written wasn't too bad - there were a couple i did not know. the skills part was easy. we had to do blood pressure. mine was definitely 140/90. that is NOT GOOD. that ( Read more... )

so today was my very first checkoff of the semester for nursing 204. it was on vital signs. and i passed! woot woot. i wasn't really that nervous about it to begin with. at least i didn't feel that nervous. my BP was a little higher than normal and my pulse was out of control, but that is normal. so anyway, i passed it. and i'm excited about that.

my day has been somewhat entertaining. i don't have classes at all on tuesdays this semester. it is actually kind of odd. i felt so lost and confused all day because i didn't have any classes to go to...i'm sure that feeling will be gone soon. i will need that one day in the middle of the week to get some rest.
