So, Heritage Village is really nifty but I'd recommend going when it's fall-ish...summer is way too hot to be spending 3 hours outside wandering from house to house. My sinus infection is gone and now I just have a few remaining sniffles and coughs - yay! My aunt Carol and her friend/co-worker Danni fly back to Idaho tomorrow. I enjoyed having them here - we took them to Epcot on Saturday, Busch Gardens Sunday, and we had a fabulous dinner at Pelagia this evening (uber-yummy Tuscan food). So, I not only missed work on Friday, but today as well - this morning/afternoon my throat would bounce from okay to killing me. I have a sinus infection with an additional virus attacking the same area - joy. So uhm, 5 hours after I went to bed, and I'm still awake because 1. my sinuses are uber-stuffed up and 2. my throat is really, really sore. Sore enough, I can't swallow without pain (including water) and the popsicles aren't freezing it anymore - anyone have a secret way of dealing with a sore throat? Quick update one things lately: still making good progress on my thesis, helping to get things ready for when some relatives come down next week, went on a date last night with a really sweet guy from work (definitely hoping this one goes past one or two dates, but we'll see) and eh, I've come down with a really nasty cold/upper respiratory virus. I got my lucky pack right before I had to leave for work today (as well as the linen tape I need for my thesis - good mail day). I am rather happy with my goodies - 2 bloomers (one white, one ecru) - I love bloomers - an ecru blouse with high collar and short sleeves (would be lovely to incorporate for wear at work), and a black high-waist jsk.
