Why didn't anybody tell me? I'm so terribly swamped with worked, I plain forgot that October wasn't just a date to stamp on discharge letters from hospitals. *facepalm*

I did tell you. I sent you an email last Tuesday. When October began ;-)

So, eh, pirates ... I feel an inclination to show Jimbo how a funny rompy roadtrip is done right. With pirates. But I'm not sure it'd be very hallowe'en-y?

Can we have a brainstorm chat session? Like, this weekend or so? I'd say tonight but I couldn't promise to stay up for long, I've been in school for seven hours.

*laugh* I was going to send you an email that more or less would have said, "If you don't have a theme by the 12th, I'm going to write what I want" (because to be honest, if anything gets written by me this year, and I can't promise it will, it's going to have to be during the week of the 13th or slammed together after 7pm on the 31st)...

And I am unspeakably depressed that I have to miss Halloween Chat for a mere class, even if it is with the Janeite professor.

Not at present...but just on the edge of my fancy, I might be imagining Henry Crawford having to walk the plank. Hmmmm Fearsomely Fierce Fanny, Lady Pirate (piratess?? Haha that isn't a word, right?). I'll try to develop it in time! Not sure if you saw, but I started working part-time at a library last week in addition to the law firm...when I'm not catatonic with exhaustion, I try to clean, but I could trade cleaning for writing. ;-)
