As I have had this journal for over 5 years and have made over 2,000 entries, I have a request of all of you.

Comment with something you've learned about me over the span of my journal. A way I've changed, something interesting about me, anything you want. I just want to know if people are actually reading this thing, and what kind of impression

Over the span of time you've had this journal you've grown up. And you've changed. A LOT. Mostly for the positive. The way you write about your life, especially the time you spent in Chicago, makes it seem like even when you're down the whole world is fabulous. Truthfully you're charming. And I know you and I lead very different lives, I never stopped loving you. You've always been like a sister to me even when we weren't talking. There is one thing Ive always wanted to tell you though. I'll never forget the time I came up to Chicago to visit you. It was September/October of 2003. I came via train and you picked me up and took me around the city and introduced me to your friends. The only thing that stands out from that trip is when we were walking along the streets and I didnt pronounce the name of some fashion designer properly and you and your whole posse made fun of me for it. It made me feel horrible and alienated. It made me dislike the only city I've ever loved and it made feel bitter towards you. For a long time it made me

I honestly feel horrible right now; I would never, EVER intentionally do that to you! You know that I love you - I've loved you since sixth grade when we were Darth Vader and Elmo!
