send me some healing vibes, if you can spare some, I think I pinched a nerve or vein or something in my right foot. You know how after a hospital stay the area where they stuck your veins with needles hurts when you bend that area (say they stuck you in your hand where all those lovely nerves are) for ages upon ages...well it's like that when I bend my right foot one specific angle. I've been masaging it, gently stretching it and trying not to over walk (so I'm not Lady Limps-a-Lot).
