Hi all. Been busy with work and some family stuff. Went to birthday party for dreamyer, who has been hitting the gym hard and is looking GREAT! Her husband is also healing from last year's bad health issues and has also been going to the gym. They both looked fab!

You'll be happy to hear that I've agreed to go for a walk around the block about tomorrow sometime in the hour before I make dinner. Yes, me outdoors for more than the time it takes to get from the car to inside the house or a business and vice versa. And exercising even. Whoa, dudes!

I was bad. No exercise all weekend for me, but I did make it to Lowes to get the wood we need to work on the canvas. I still need a few more things before I have everything:

-) wood glue
-) finishing nails
-) corner braces
-) wood-working clamps
