Ah, yeah. *blush* Hope you liked what you found! I haven't written anything in a while, though, and I'm not in the FMA fandom at the moment. When I am again, there'll be more. ^^
Hello! The name's Mariah, a fellow fan of genfic. I don't actually write anything myself, and read pairing fic YAY PORN quite often, but gen is and has always been my favorite - some days I'm sick of all the madness that comes with the world of pairings and would like to sit down and appreciate the series for what it is. Needless to say, I adore your writing and have squee'd over it many a time on Scimitar Smile.
...But I'd like to get to know the person behind the writing, more than anything. Friend me, please?
Yay genfic fan! I can sort of understand people liking pairings, but gen is OF COURSE much superior in every way, how wonderful of you to understand that! *snerk* Seriously, although I have much respect for pairing fic and pairing writers it does get kind of lonely over at this end of fandom once in a while and the wank that can get stirred up in pairings discussion is insane.
And I am glad you like my writing so much *bluuuuush* thank you for telling me! Positive reviews make my day.
Admittedly, I haven't been writing much FMA lately... but I'm still the same person :) Most of the stuff in here is more me-person than me-writer anyway, although there are essays and ficbits scattered around. And, of course, a lot of academic geekery. I hope you don't mind maths too much?
Rename token. I wanted to change, but wasn't sure if I would or would not regret it, so I chose to have the old name marked as 'deleted'. Eventually it'll be purged, and if I want it back, I can then change my name back to it. :3
Hi, we got into the occasional interesting discussion at fanficrants, though we don't even seem to share a fandom (except a preference for gen fic). If your LJ is somewhat about fannish topics and not only about things you'd prefer only people you actually know IRL to read, friend me?
Hi! Sure, we've had some very interesting discussions there. I've friended you - my LJ is kind of RL-heavy at the moment, but vaguely enough that I don't really mind online people reading it (I have a separate RL LJ anyway) and I've been getting back into fandom lately as well.
(Actually, the main reason this LJ is friends-locked is because some RL people I didn't want to know found out about it... so it's more protecting fandom from RL than vice versa :))
