Good luck with all of that. I know that the still more apartments at the bottom of whites go for like 800 a month in a studio. It might be less now since the market has gone done terribly. Anywhere in Saugus or Valencia is going to be ridiculous.
Further more, I really am looking forward to you getting a Corgi, its kind of sad, but I so am!!
